Labor and Employment Attorney

We are seeking a knowledgeable Labor and Employment Attorney to join our legal team in the Poughkeepsie area with pay starting at 140K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and experience in handling labor-related legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment law issues
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
