Labor and Employment Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our legal team in Orlando. As a Labor and Employment Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to our clients on a wide range of labor and employment law matters.
- Researching and interpreting labor and employment laws and regulations
- Advising clients on compliance with state and federal labor laws
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
- Representing clients in labor and employment disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation
- Keeping abreast of developments in labor and employment law
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the state. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing labor and employment law, with a proven track record of successful outcomes for clients. Strong analytical, research, and communication skills are essential for this role.
