Labor and Employment Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our legal team in the Ft. Lauderdale area with pay starting at 180K. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to our clients on a wide range of labor and employment law matters.

• Represent clients in various labor and employment law cases, including but not limited to discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage disputes
• Research and analyze legal issues related to labor and employment law
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Provide strategic advice to clients on labor and employment law compliance
• Participate in negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients

The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and be licensed to practice law in the state. In addition, strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills are essential for this role. Prior experience in labor and employment law is preferred.
