Labor and Employment Attorney
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our legal team in Los Angeles with pay starting around 200K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and labor relations, with a proven track record of providing sound legal advice and representation to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on labor and employment law matters
- Handle litigation and dispute resolution related to labor and employment issues
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents
- Stay up-to-date on changing labor laws and regulations
- Advise clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
