Labor and Employment Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our legal team in Los Angeles with pay starting around 200K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and labor relations, with a proven track record of providing sound legal advice and representation to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on labor and employment law matters
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution related to labor and employment issues
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents
• Stay up-to-date on changing labor laws and regulations
• Advise clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
