Labor & Employment Attorney

We are seeking a talented Labor & Employment Attorney to join our legal team in Tampa. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on various labor and employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment laws.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on compliance with labor and employment laws.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in labor and employment legislation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
• 3+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
