Labor & Employment Attorney

Location: San Francisco, CA

About the Role:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in labor and employment matters.
• Handle a caseload involving a variety of employment-related issues.
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Research and stay informed about labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of [Insert State].
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
