Labor & Employment Attorney

We are seeking a qualified Labor & Employment Attorney to join our legal team in NYC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in labor and employment law, including but not limited to workplace discrimination, wage and hour issues, and employee benefits. The primary responsibilities of this role will include providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, representing clients in litigation, and staying abreast of legal developments in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and advice on labor and employment law matters
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
• Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on legislative changes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties as needed

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Proven experience in labor and employment law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
