Labor & Employment Attorney

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our legal team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, with a focus on providing legal advice and representation to employers on a wide range of employment-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on labor and employment law issues
• Review and draft employment contracts, policies, and other relevant legal documents
• Handle employment litigation matters, including discrimination claims, wage disputes, and wrongful termination cases
• Stay up-to-date on labor and employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment law issues

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
