Labor & Employment Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, with a focus on providing high-quality legal advice and representation to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on labor and employment law matters
• Handle all aspects of labor and employment litigation
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
