Labor & Employment Attorney
We are seeking a talented Labor & Employment Attorney to join our prestigious law firm in Los Angeles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients on labor and employment law matters.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on labor and employment law issues
- Handling litigation related to labor and employment disputes
- Drafting legal documents, including contracts and agreements
- Researching and analyzing legal issues
- Representing clients in court proceedings
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
- Experience practicing labor and employment law
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
