Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, with a focus on providing high-quality legal advice and representation to our clients. The role will involve handling a variety of labor and employment matters, including but not limited to compliance, litigation, and contract negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation on labor and employment law matters
- Handle litigation related to labor and employment disputes
- Assist with compliance issues and investigations
- Negotiate and draft employment-related contracts and agreements
- Stay current on labor and employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in labor and employment law
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
