Labor & Employment Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team in the Boston area with pay starting at 200K. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation on labor and employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of labor and employment law issues
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation proceedings
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations
• Provide training to clients on labor and employment law compliance

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Proven experience in labor and employment law
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
