Labor & Employment Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation on labor and employment law matters. Your role will involve working closely with clients to address their legal needs, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment law matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
• Represent clients in labor and employment law cases
• Stay up to date with changes in labor and employment laws

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
• Proven experience as a Labor & Employment Attorney
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
