Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense litigation and a proven track record of successfully handling insurance claims.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to clients in insurance defense cases
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing
• Prepare and draft legal documents
• Manage case files and handle all aspects of litigation
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and be in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
