Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney

Job Description:

• Represent clients in insurance defense cases, providing legal guidance and representation throughout the litigation process
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients
• Evaluate cases, attend court hearings, and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop defense strategies and achieve favorable outcomes
• Stay updated on insurance laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed counsel

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and client management abilities
