Insurance Defense Attorney

About the Role:

• Seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our reputable law firm.
• Responsible for providing legal representation to our clients in insurance defense cases.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload and handle all phases of litigation from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and provide counsel on insurance defense matters.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to strategize on cases and provide legal advice.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of X years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Strong knowledge of insurance law and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a reputable law firm specializing in insurance defense.
• Membership in relevant legal associations or bar memberships.
• Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes.
