Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney
Position Overview:
- Represent clients in insurance defense cases and provide legal advice
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Appear in court and handle all aspects of litigation
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze insurance policies and coverage
- Develop defense strategies and negotiate settlements
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Experience in insurance defense litigation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
