Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney

Position Overview:

  • Represent clients in insurance defense cases and provide legal advice
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
  • Appear in court and handle all aspects of litigation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze insurance policies and coverage
  • Develop defense strategies and negotiate settlements
  • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the state
  • Experience in insurance defense litigation
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
