Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney

Pay: 160K+

We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our legal team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling insurance defense cases and providing legal counsel in this area.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in insurance defense cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents and arguments
• Provide legal advice to clients
• Attend court hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active state Bar license
• Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
