Job Title: Insurance Coverage Attorney

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our legal team in the Austin area with pay starting at 160K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance law and possess exceptional analytical and research skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of insurance matters and collaborate with various stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review insurance policies and provide legal analysis
• Assess coverage issues and potential liabilities
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry regulations
• Participate in negotiations and settlements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Proven experience in insurance law, preferably in coverage matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
