Inside Sales Rep

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in New Orleans. Total comp Varies from 70K-100K. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving our sales goals and maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and follow-up on leads
• Pitch products or services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
• Provide accurate information about products and pricing to customers

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
