The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our legal team in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing various immigration petitions and applications
• Conduct research on immigration laws and regulations
• Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and documentation
• Prepare and maintain accurate case files and records
• Coordinate with government agencies and external organizations

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as an Immigration Paralegal
