Job Description

Job Title: IP Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP Attorney to join our legal team in Boston with pay starting at 200K.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and support on intellectual property matters
  • Managing IP portfolios, including trademark and patent applications
  • Drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements
  • Handling IP infringement issues and disputes
  • Keeping abreast of changes in IP laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership
  • Specialization in intellectual property law
  • Proven experience in handling IP matters
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
