Job Title: Heavy Civil Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Civil Estimator to join our team in the Orlando area with pay starting at 125K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for heavy civil construction projects and a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, requirements, and specifications
• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accuracy of estimates
• Analyze project scope and contract terms to determine potential risks
• Prepare clear and detailed bid proposals
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as an estimator in heavy civil construction
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
