Job Description
Job Title: Fire Protection Designer
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Protection Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing fire protection systems for various facilities and structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection engineering and design, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the safety of occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing fire protection systems for different types of buildings and structures
- Developing detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other team members
- Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Conducting site visits and assessments as needed
- Providing guidance and support during the construction phase
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and equipment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Relevant certifications/licenses are a plus
