About the Role:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage a team of finance professionals and collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Exposure to the Manufacturing Industry.
- Epicor ERP experience is a huge plus.
