Field RN Job Description

Our client is seeking a Field RN in Nassau County (NY).
The pay is $110,000
$15K sign on bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The Field RN will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in their homes or other off-site locations. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
