The pay is $110,000
$20,000 sign on bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Field RN (Floating). In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in various settings and locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in a variety of environments
• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• Hospital experience
• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Proven experience as an RN in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different work environments
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
