Farm Manager Opening in the Greater Allentown area!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee our client's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming and management, with a passion for sustainable agriculture.

• Manage day-to-day farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and irrigation
• Supervise farm staff and provide training and guidance as needed
• Develop and implement farming plans to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
• Monitor and maintain farm equipment, ensuring proper functionality
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and government agencies
• Track and analyze farm performance metrics to make informed decisions

Pay ranges from 80,000-100,000.
