Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our prestigious firm in the Palm Beach Gardens area with pay starting at 150K. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of family law matters and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients in need.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family court proceedings such as divorce, child custody, and support hearings
• Provide legal advice and guidance on family law issues
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Attend mediation sessions and court hearings

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of X years of experience practicing family law
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
