Family Law Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our reputable law firm in the Greater Towson area with pay starting at 150K. As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and negotiating settlements.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings such as divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases
- Draft legal documents including petitions, motions, and agreements
- Provide legal advice to clients and guide them through the legal process
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in-depth knowledge of family law
- Proven experience as a Family Law Attorney
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
