Job Description
Estimator
We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Winchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and requirements to determine overall cost estimations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information
- Provide timely and detailed project pricing to support bidding process
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy
- Review project progress and make adjustments to estimates as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
