Estimator

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating projects, analyzing costs, and providing accurate project bids.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project plans and specifications
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the project are considered
• Attend site visits and meetings as necessary
• Provide timely and detailed project bids

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience as an Estimator or similar role
• Proficient in estimating software and tools
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
