Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for estimates
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality
• Review and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes
• Prepare detailed reports outlining estimated costs for labor, materials, and equipment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Proficient in estimating software and tools
