Job Description
Estimator
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in Orlando. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately estimate project costs. The Estimator will play a key role in helping our company provide competitive bids for projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for estimates
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality
- Review and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes
- Prepare detailed reports outlining estimated costs for labor, materials, and equipment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Proficient in estimating software and tools
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
