Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in the greater Oakland area. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing construction projects and providing accurate cost estimates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with construction teams, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information
• Evaluate material, labor, and equipment required for each project
• Review and update cost estimates as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or engineering industries
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficient in construction estimating software
