We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in NYC with pay starting at 100K. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Utilize estimating software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed
• Participate in bid reviews and present estimates to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
