We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Cleveland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating projects within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project drawings and specifications
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to gather project requirements
• Evaluate and communicate potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
• Create detailed proposals and bids for projects
• Track and report on project costs and budget variances

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Proficient in estimating software and tools
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
