Employment Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Attorney to join our diverse legal team in Seattle with pay starting around 200K. As an Employment Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients on a wide range of employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on employment law compliance issues
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and agreements
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation
• Staying up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations
• Providing training to clients on best practices in employment law

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
