Job Description
Electricians are to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings, such as factories, plants, and manufacturing facilities. Their responsibilities include:
- Installing: Measuring, cutting, and installing wiring and conduit systems, and installing and programming electrical equipment
- Maintaining: Performing preventative maintenance inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Repairing: Troubleshooting electrical problems and replacing electrical components as needed
