Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to oversee our construction projects in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of a team of workers in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide construction workers and subcontractors.
• Schedule work assignments and allocate resources efficiently.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with project managers and communicate project updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in a construction-related field is a plus.
