Job Description
Drafter
We are currently seeking a talented Drafter to join our team in Detroit. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure drawings are accurate and meet design requirements
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and markups
- Maintain drawing files and documentation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Good understanding of technical drawings and drafting techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
