Director of Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the Hershey area with base pay at 150K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, business development, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions
