Director of Marketing

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team in Hershey with pay starting at 150K. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve department goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Manage marketing budget and track performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
