Director of Civil Engineering

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Civil Engineering to lead our team and oversee all aspects of civil engineering projects in Charlotte with salary starting at 160K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of civil engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and implement effective engineering strategies
• Oversee the design and construction of civil engineering projects
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
