Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our team in Boston. As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to our legal team in various corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background with excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing legal documents for corporate activities such as mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on corporate law issues
• Support attorneys in preparing for closings, hearings, and trials
• Maintain and organize corporate records and files
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external parties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field
• Proven experience working as a Corporate Paralegal
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and procedures
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
