Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team in Denver. In this role, you will provide support to our in-house corporate attorneys and assist with a wide range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate resolutions
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports as needed
• Maintain and organize corporate records and documentation
• Assist with corporate entity formations, mergers, and acquisitions
• Coordinate and communicate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies
• 2+ years of experience working in a corporate legal environment
• Proficient in legal research and document drafting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
