Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in San Jose. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. The pay for this role starts at $220k. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Advise on intellectual property matters and employment law issues.
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Corporate Attorney.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and commercial transactions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
