Corporate Attorney
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in Portland. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on corporate matters, ensuring the company operates within the law at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents relating to business operations
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues
- Participate in negotiations and drafting of contracts
- Handle mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Provide legal support in strategic business decisions
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Oregon
- Proven 3+ years experience as a Corporate Attorney or in a similar role. Preferably at an Am Law 100 or 200 firm.
- Strong understanding of corporate law and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
