Corporate Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements and contracts.
- Advising on corporate governance and compliance issues.
- Handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring activities.
- Providing legal guidance on business transactions and strategies.
- Representing the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial transactions, and contract law.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
