Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate law and a strong track record of providing high-quality legal services to corporate clients. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate legal matters
• Draft and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Participate in corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions
• Represent the company in legal proceedings

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing corporate transactional law
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
