Corporate Attorney
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in Chicago with pay starting at 130K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be able to provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters.
Responsibilities:
- Advising on corporate legal issues and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate agreements and contracts
- Handling mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Providing legal support for corporate governance matters
- Managing legal disputes and litigation related to corporate issues
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Strong understanding of corporate law and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
